Adding and Managing Programmed Messages

Programmed messages are automatic client follow-ups triggered when certain conditions are met.

An example of such a message would be sending an SMS to the client when the payment is due, a follow-up to an estimate every 7 days, etc. - the scenarios may vary.

Programmed messages can be automatic (used when you want to send emails or SMS messages) or manual (when you want to be reminded about phone calls or mails).

To create and schedule a programmed message, navigate to the "Programmed Messages" section of the "Clients" module, click on the green "Plus" icon in the top right corner and choose the necessary information in the pop-up window:

You can program leads, estimates, invoices, schedule events for WOs as well as client tasks.

For “Client Task” you can choose a task from a drop-down menu in the “Task Category”.

Note that for your convenience, we have also added another type of programmed message - SMS. You can find it in “Type”.

To edit an existing programmed message, click on the "Pencil" icon next to the preferred programmed message:
To disable a message, hit the red square icon:

After creating programmed messages, statistics is available helping you to see how many emails have been sent and how many of them were opened and clicked.
To see the data, navigate the mouse to the blue dot next to the needed email in the "Type" column.
