SMS is a great supplementary channel for client notifications. You can trigger an SMS during various processes - for instance, when you send an estimate for approval, reschedule the appointment etc.

Since you are most likely to encounter similar scenarios in your workflow, creating a template for SMS notifications may come in handy.

To proceed, navigate to the Clients section and click on SMS Templates:



Click on the "plus" sign in the top right corner and create a template in the pop-up window that appears:



You can always edit and delete the existing templates from the main list by clicking on the relevant icon:
