Adding and managing the items for the project scheme
The project scheme section on the estimate page helps visualize the site for the crew. This is especially useful for complex workorders with several services involved and/or locations with multiple trees. How the estimate price is calculated
The cost of an estimate is calculated automatically based on the services and equipment you've selected. To ensure that the calculation is correct and consistent throughout all estimates, you should specify the following: price per hour for different employee roles (e.g. groundsman/ climber etc); price per hour for the equipment and vehicles (e.g. pickup truck, wood chipper etc); the service markup. Updating the status of an estimate
Lead an estimate through the sales funnel by updating its status according to the stage it's on. By default, a newly created estimate is in the "New" status. This can be changed to "Sent for approval", "Confirmed", "Expired" etc. To achieve that, first locate the estimate in question: with the help of the live search; from the Estimates list on the sidebar; on the client's profile. Services available for estimates
While creating an estimate, you'll be required to select the services from the list of all the services available on the platform. This list is managed in the **Estimates Services **tab: Once there, click on the green "plus" icon to create a new service. Add a service specification in the pop-up window that appears:
Equipment for the estimates
The list of tools and vehicles you offer in an estimate is managed from the **Estimates Equipment **tab: To add new equipment, click on the green "plus" icon: Fill in the required fields and click Save:
Searching for an invoice
Locate the invoice easily with the help of the live search available across the platform. All you need to remember is a part of the invoice number or client information.
